Snow Area Manager

The Snow Area Manager works under the direction of the Director of Operations. They are responsible for operating heavy equipment including skid, loader, plow truck, and salt trucks, and managing snow removal teams over multiple sites in order to ensure each job site is completed accurately and effectively meeting company standards and client expectations.

Heavy Equipment Operator

The Heavy Equipment Operators work under the direction of the Area Manager. They are responsible for understanding their routes and the snow removal plans for each property in order to ensure each job site is completed accurately and effectively meeting company standards and client expectations.

Salt Truck Driver

The Salt Truck Driver works under the direction of the Area Manager. They are responsible for understanding their routes and the salting plan for each property in order to ensure each job site is completed accurately and effectively meeting company standards and client expectations.

Shoveler

Shovelers work under the direction of the Area Manager. They are responsible for understanding sidewalk snow removal plans for each property in order to ensure each job site is completed accurately and effectively meeting company standards and client expectations.

Landscape Designer

The Landscape Designer is responsible for the overall planning, development, and completion of residential and commercial projects in a profitable manner. Additionally Designers are responsible for building and maintaining the contact and client base. Landscape Designers work closely with and support others within the sales department.

Landscape Crew Lead

Landscape Crew Leaders are responsible for understanding project plans, organizing and obtaining required equipment, and managing their crew in order to ensure each project completed meets company standards and client expectations.

Landscape Assistant Crew Lead

Landscape Assistant Crew Leaders are responsible for assisting their Crew Leader by organizing equipment and material for each job site, operating trucks/trailers or skid steers as needed, and managing specific tasks at each job site in order to ensure each project completed meets company standards and client expectations.

Landscape Crew Member

Landscape Crew Members work under the direction of the Landscape Crew Leader to complete landscape installations at residential and commercial sites. Crew Members complete hardscape and softscape projects, and are responsible for the implementation of landscape maintenance activities, for producing quality work, and for maintaining the safety of themselves and their crew members.

Lawn Division Foreman

Lawn Division Foreman are responsible for directing lawn crew members to ensure that each completed job site meets company standards and client expectations.

Lawn Application Technician

Lawn Application Technicians are responsible for ensuring lawn and landscaping projects are properly treated to prevent pests and invasive species, promote lawn health, and keep projects looking their best. Lawn Technicians work by themselves or as a team to provide quality service to commercial and residential clients throughout the Metro area.

Lawn Crew Member

Lawn Crew Members are responsible for completing various lawn tasks (such as mowing, trimming, etc.) in order to care for residential and commercial turf and landscaping. Lawn Crew Members work in teams to provide various services to clients throughout the Metro area. 

Irrigation Service Technician

Irrigation Service Technicians are responsible for the start-up, shut down and troubleshooting and repairing all types of irrigation systems. Irrigation Service Technicians follow a predetermined route in order to inspect, repair, and maintain irrigation systems for residential and commercial clients.

Irrigation Laborer

The Irrigation Laborer is responsible for assisting in all aspects relating to the installation of underground irrigation systems for residential and commercial projects.

Office Manager- Operations

The Office Manager is responsible for maintaining the day to day functions of the office, assisting the Operations Manager with administrative tasks such as meeting coordination, report preparation, filing, preparing job folders, and communicating with clients.

Mechanic

Shop Mechanics assemble, maintain and repair machinery and vehicles, large and small engines. Mechanics are responsible for ensuring functionality and reliability of machines, engines and mechanical systems.

Hantho Driver & Yard Help

Drivers/Yard Help are responsible for the safe transport and delivery of landscape, irrigation, and earthwork materials in the metro area. Drivers/Yard Help assist in loading, transporting, and unloading material and equipment. Drivers/Yard Help are home nightly and receive new daily routes to different job sites, depending on needs.
