This is not what reduced service looks like to me!
It has been a strange year. COVID has changed the way we do many things, Taking care of our customers is not one thing we have changed.
We got this note from a customer today,
“As you know the hospitality industry has been hit especially hard during the COVID-19 pandemic, and for the first couple of months it was touch and go if the hotel was going to even remain open. Financially with no money coming in, there was no money going out. But when you and I spoke you were willing to work with us on pricing for reduced service, something that I extremely grateful for.
Then I looked out my window today and saw two of your employees going through pulling weeds in my parking lot. This is not what reduced service looks like to me. All I can say over and over again is thank you to you and your associates for all the courtesies and hard work you’ve all done on our behalf.
We will get through this and things will get better.
