Get to know our team: Sarah Wille – Director of Human Resources

As the new Director of Human Resources, Sarah spends most of her time on recruitment, employee relations, employee appreciation projects, and all other HR responsibilities. She will be focused on providing a seamless experience across all interactions for our team.

Sarah’s background includes 8 years of professional human resource experience within the industries of retail, healthcare, and distribution centers. She has experience within all HR functions, especially recruitment and employee engagement.

When she is not working, she enjoys long-distance running, visiting with family and friends, and spending as much time as she can with her husband and son. Something she would like to check off her bucket list is to start traveling, with Ireland being the first place to visit. When she was married in 2020, Ireland was supposed to be her honeymoon, but Covid postponed that, so they plan to go in 2024!

An interesting thing about her is that she was never taught to ride a bicycle until she was in high school. If she had a superpower, it would be to read people’s minds, and her favorite food is Chinese food!
