Get to know our team: Bill Conlin- Account Manager

As an Account Manager, Bill oversees our HOA properties. He spends most of his time connecting with new and current clients and developing and maintaining those relationships. When he is not with clients, he spends his day on various sites with management performing site checks for quality insurance.

Bill’s background includes 10 years of broadcasting as a TV sports anchor and reporter for several stations from Milwaukee to Bismarck and in the Twin Cities at Midwest Sports Channel. He began working in property management in 2000 and has been working as an account manager for over 5 years. He has also served as the business administrator for a large Lutheran Church.

Bill enjoys drawing, which started from his first career in broadcasting when he did play-by-play of high school football, hockey, and baseball games on various social media accounts. He also enjoys using various platforms: radio, YouTube, and live streaming.

Something unique about Bill: he was fortunate enough to interview Jack Morris, Kirby Puckett, and many more members of the Twins after their 1-0 Game, 7 Win in the 1991 World Series. An item he would like to check off his bucket list would be to travel to Ireland and see the Blarney Castle and to find out more about his family, the O’Conlin’s.

If he had a superpower, it would be to cure Cancer, and his favorite pet is his 2-year-old Golden Doodle, Boston!
