  • As the winter of 2022-2023 draws to a close, I wanted to take a moment to thank the team at Hantho Outdoor Services. It has been an amazing winter, from an early start to a number of long and drawn-out storms we faced together. Break downs, stolen equipment, Sub ZERO temperatures, wind, drifts, and whatever comes next. Alex and I are proud of the job each of our team members has done to face the winter with “NO COMPROMISE TO SAFETY!” as TEAM HANTHO. One of the memories I will cherish from the winter is seeing 5 walks crews finish together on a HOA site. No one went home until all the work was done, tired, facing 4-5’ drifts, we finished strong together. I want to say thank you to everyone for what you did as individuals to get the job done, but most importantly, that you did it together! Many of you asked “What else can I do” after 15-20 hours of work, rather than, "Can I go home?" It is who we are. It is what we do together.   • Bill Conlin from Hantho Outdoor Services will be taking the next couple days to provide color commentary for the Boys Minnesota State Hockey Tournament! It is his 29th year covering the Tournament and we are excited to see him return to his passion of announcing! Hantho is proud of him for the work he is doing and following his passion.  He will be doing color tonight 3/9/23 for the 6pm game.   • Get to know our team: Becky Koosmann- Executive Assistant As an executive assistant, Becky spends her time assisting Michael with various responsibilities and handles the business side of the Lawn Care Department. She oversees the creation and implementation of the training program for lawn care crew members and assists lawn and irrigation customers on the operations side of things. Becky spends most of her time communicating with customers and sub-contractors, and ensuring everything is prepared for the following day. Her background experience can be summed up as “A Jack of all trades, and master of none.” An item on her bucket list is to travel to England and Ireland. If she had a superpower, it would be to understand what animals are saying. And her favorite thing would be a Volkswagen Beetle- her first ever car that she bought with her own money. It was a baby blue 69 VW bug with a sunroof, and she owned that car for 17 years. Whenever she sees an older bug, she can remember the feeling of driving that car, the smells, and sounds, and how easy it was to steer with her knees.
